Hotel Policies
Check in time:
You may check in is anytime
after 3:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am. Arrangements can be made for check
ins after hours.
Parking:
Parking in
"Old Town" is limited. Duval Inn offers 10 parking places on a first come first
serve basis. We allow 1 car per room and charge $10.00 per day per car.
Smoking:
All rooms are non smoking.
Smoking is permitted on the decks and by the pool.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted.
Cancellations:
At the
time a reservation is made, a deposit equal to one night's stay plus tax
is charged to your credit card. The balance is due upon arrival. Any
cancellation between time of booking and two weeks prior to arrival is
subject to a full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee. Deposits are not
refundable for cancellations within two weeks of arrival. Guests are
responsible for the total amount of reservation if stipulated as
non-cancelable. No refunds for shortened stays or no shows. Holidays and
special events are considered non-cancelable.
Lost Keys:
There is a $75.00 fee for lost or unreturned keys.
